I would say what I am offering but I dont really know. This was given to me from a wife that was clearing some stuff out from her husband. He was taking an electronic career path in his younger days. The only thing I know is. When I plug it it, the power comes on. It is untested from there as I have no clue whaat to do. There was some foam inside the lid that has become less then stable over the years and has put a weird residue on the cables but did not get on the unit itself.
