I would say what I am offering but I dont really know. This was given to me from a wife that was clearing some stuff out from her husband. He was taking an electronic career path in his younger days. The only thing I know is. When I plug it it, the power comes on. It is untested from there as I have no clue whaat to do. There was some foam inside the lid that has become less then stable over the years and has put a weird residue on the cables but did not get on the unit itself. This scope is in Fair to Good cosmetic condition but the front panel is badly cracked and a bit loose. The bottom of the front panel on the right side can be pulled out away from the chassis ~1cm. There is some burn-in on the screen that does not really detract from the display when the scope is on. There are several cracks and dents that make us think the scope was dropped. The top and bottom of the case have some faint handwriting on them(names/workstation location) Notes: This ... morescope is in PARTIAL working condition. The display is bright and clear. ALL the knobs are a bit sketchy but eventually they control in the proper direction. We gave it a quick check and found that it identifies the attached module. And the calibrator signal is present. We were able to display and measure 100MHz sine waves on both channels simultaneously. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
