Free Shipping Condition: Used Location: O Fallon, United States I have had this scope for a number of years with light use. Cosmetics are pretty good. A few of the little rubber switch ends have cracks. The feet have ... morea few bits of plastic off but that is about it. Last cal was decades ago. If the scope is not used for a long period sometimes it is necessary to cycle the switches but they come back. I believe it is all working but have not tested some of the less used functions like z axis. The scope is a 2 channel. The four traces in the picture show mixed B delayed by A mode. A 485 has roughly a 300- 350MHz bandwidth with the proper probes. No probes or manual are included. I have a pdf of the maintenance manual if desired.

Up for auction is this Velleman HPS40 handheld oscilloscope. In like new condition. I purchased this a few years ago for field work and have only used it a few times. It was very well cared for, and includes everything that it originally came with, including the case, protective sleeve, probe, PC data cable, and manual. I have verified that it functions correctly and the display is very clear. The scope uses 5 AA batteries or an external adapter(not-included) It also has a built-in charger if you choose to use rechargeable batteries. Everything including the case and manual are in perfect condition and it was always stored in a dry, climate-controlled location. I accept Paypal only unless unless local pickup is arranged. There were digitizing scopes such as the Tektronix 2440 that actually contained normal size parts that can be worked on with human sized fingers. So unlike with newer DSOs, this item does not become e-waste first time it breaks. Tek labels the 2440 as 300MHz/ 500 Megasamples/second. Analog scopes should not be used close to their upper bandwidth limit, digitizing scopes carry the same caveat even more so. It is recommended for use at under 150MHz. Whereas a non-storage scope can only display what happens after triggering. A digital storage scope can also display what happens before triggering, and this is its main advantage it's like a time machine. You can think of it as an endless loop recorder(like a cockpit voice recorder of an airplane) and you can look back any part of the loop you haven't re-recorded over. All units are in excellent condition. Calibrations are out of date but cal adj.have not been touched sense certification by a large co;s metrolgy lab. The units calbrations are all ok by my not traceable test equipment. 7A26 200MHZ bandwidth dual trace amplifier. 7A19 500 MHZ bandwidth amplifier. 7B85 delaying time base. 7B82A dual time base. There is a soldering iron burn in the outer jacket of the power cord one foot from the plug. Has been this way sense I bought the unit years ago when surplused by a major mfg firm and it has not been a problem. I will include a CD rom with PDF files of the service manuals for all five units.

There are a few minor scuff marks on the casing of the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition and all words and numbers are visible. The screen is in good condition with no cracks or burned in areas. All the inputs and outputs are in good condition with no dents or cracks.
