Hitachi Oscilloscope V-203 20MHz w/ Probe Set This item is priced to sell! We don't know too much about it. We plugged it in and turned some knobs around and we were able to get a single. Double& a triple set of line signal to go across the screen at different speeds and with different sizes. There are a couple of blemishes on the screen but nothing that will ... morestop it from working or blocking your view. It does come with a new set of probes that are still in the bag and have never even been used before. There is one thing that we know for sure is wrong with this unit& that is the knob in the upper right hand corner. Under the word"Position" is broken off. This happened in our shipping department the knobs had gotten slightly bent at some point in its lifetime. One of our employee's was going to try to straighten it out and was told to leave it alone. But they thought they would be helping out and tried to straighten it anyway. As soon as they tried to bend it back"Snap! he had broken it off in his hand. It still does function and more than likely can be re-attached using epoxy(see pictures) But since this is being sold"as is. Where is" Since we have no control over how electronics are hooked up when& where they are used. Once they leave our facility, we do not give refunds nor accept returns on any electronics piece. HP 197A Oscilloscope Camera w focusing screen, Polaroid back & 10358B hard case.
Up for sale is an HP 197A Oscilloscope Camera. With 1000-0226 focus screen and Polaroid back in the original HP 10358B hard case. I gave it power and the shutter operates as it should. Likewise. The light functions correctly in On, Off and Flash mode. I clamped it to my scope(a B+K- not a perfect fit. But at least we know that the clamp works) and tried to photograph a square wave, but there was only one frame of Polaroid film left and it was already over-exposed, so I didn't get anywhere. Because of that, I can't guarantee that it's working perfectly- though it does look to be in pretty good shape, as the pictures show. This is one of just a very few items that survived my Great Oscilloscope Purge of 2011. So once it's gone, there won't be another. Don't miss out!
