I always thought these were embroidery sewing scissors. But lately I notice them being sold as umbilical cord cutter scissors, so now I am not too s ure any more. They are very pretty nevertheless and I am sure if you are a collector of this type of thing you will know what you are bidding on! This one has no markings and shows tarnish spots. It looks like it may have been gold plated originally(like the other one I have listed) and I think it may also be of German origin but can't say for sure. Not good for cutting anymore.
