Vintage Set of 4 Pyrex Nesting Mixing Bowls Primary Colors Yellow Red Green Blue This is a full set of 4 nesting bowls in the primary colors. Condition: They are all in good. Not excellent or very good, shape for the age and have no chips or cracks except the one tiny nick to the inner rim of the yellow bowl. They each have some paint wear and loss to the sheen, the green bowl is the one with sheen, and paint chips to the finish not the glass. I tried to picture the various imperfections and held the bowls up to the light to show the paint loss, this is not a camera error. They all say" T.M. REG. PYREX U.S. PAT. OFF. I am not sure if these are the first versions of the Primary color bowls or not. However according to the pyrexlove website: We recently got some great information about the Primary Color bowl set from Bill Keeley. A collector ... moreof Pyrex and Fire King glass. Bill writes that there were some variations in the primary color set throughout the years, most notably that the oldest sets from the“1940s” were not numbered on the bottom. The Avocado Green 2.5 quart casserole dish appears barely if ever used. And is crack and chip free. The exterior is printed with 12“gold leaf” circular zodiac signs. All 12 symbols are intact with the normal. Original print lines that are part of the manufacturing process. The original lid. Stamped 475-C29 with a gold compass design printed on it. Up for auction is this vintage pyrex coffee pot percolator. It is 100% complete with stem and glass basket. This pot looks to have never been used or once or twice at most. There are no scratches on the bottom of the pot. The pot is haze free without any burn marks. The numbers are still clearly visible as well. I only noticed a slight chip on the very bottom tip of the handle that is hardly noticeable. These old percolators make great coffee. Like I said looks almost new. This vintage Pyrex slightly blue double boiler base and insert is in excellent. Clean, used vintage condition with no chips, dings, cracks or heavy scratches. The base shows very, very light wear commensurate with a little-used utility item that is over 60 years old. The snap-on handles and their stainless bands are clean and stain- and chip-free. The lid has a chip at the rim, as shown in the last photo. Perhaps you have a perfect one in your collection. The second one is a med blue with clear bottom. On the bottom it says# 323 1.5 liter. The third one is a dark blue with clear bottom and says#325 2.5 liter.
