Cleanroom Fan Filter Units (FFU)
These FFU's are the high quality Huntair AF300 model units that are in great shape. They were made in Aug 2008 and have been in a medical device facility operating in a strict clean environment since then. These units are the DC motor ultra high energy efficient units that use around half of the energy of AC motor units. However they use a 277V power feed to the unit. These units have a room side replaceable filters and coming two pieces. The filter/diffuser and the motor assembly housing. Units look new except for some units have a slight dent in the diffuser screen and the filters are only sightly discolored from use on the intake side. On/off switch for control or can be networked to centralized control panel(not included) for remote control. Units are sized for 720cfm of airflow at 1.0" of total static. We have 36 of these available.

This oven is in Good cosmetic condition aside from some yellow/brown deposits from prior use. The yellowing on the paint outside kept getting less and less dark. Each time we hit it with a cleaning solution- we think it will clean up a little better than what you see here. The insides are stainless steel brown with deposits, and will certainly clean up with a bit of elbow grease. Notes: This oven is in Good working condition with one caveat: it stinks. The heater comes on and goes to temperature quickly and holds temperature well. The fan blows a strong current across the ... moreoven. The door interlock works. The cooling water valve works. The Air flow rate meter works. Maximum specified temperature is 250º for cleanroom versions of this oven. But 350º for non-clean room versions. The controller can be set as high as 343º and the heater was able to get the oven to that temperature with no trouble. It does have an odor inside, we are not sure what is the source of the odor though. It is not an electrical smell. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown. We have 3 NTA Industries ALL STEEL. ULTRACLEAN ROOM Perforated Tables. We used these in our industrial factory ultra cleanroom years ago and they will need reconditioning(buffing. Etc. to bring them to top condition. They would be great for industrial or normal laboratory tables. Not likely to be used for a cleanroom any longer. These tables are TOP quality and were designed to be used in labs/cleanrooms with critical quality requirements. They were thousands of dollars each new. These air walls were removed from a Class 1 semiconductor clean room in the Dallas so if you are building a class 1. 100, 1000 or higher class will work without issues.
