I was using it to convert 120V to 100V to run some Japanese audio equipment on United States line voltage, but there are many other possible applications. This transformer saw light use(an hour or two each day) for about 6 months. It's in good operating condition and ships in the original box with the original manual. Buck Boost transformer. We used this to convert the 240 leg of our High Leg Delta service to 208. This is an extremely versatile transformer: 53 Amp max in this configuration. So we used two of them for our 100 amp machines. This is perfect for CNC machines. Since the circuit boards don't like anything over 240v. If you have a 240v service then it will be around +- 2% and that high side might smoke the circuit boards from time to time. Ever since installing these we had no issues. We moved and got a proper 120/208 service so we don't need these anymore. They are a little dirty in the pictures and have a few punched holes in the cases for conduit. 8 available.
