It is the classic model 20216 with 12 gauge wire harness and a 20 amp 4-prong plug(L14-20) in the faceplate. Includes the convenience of a built-in 120-volt outlet and wattage meters to balance the load on your generator. Inside this is the same as a 30 amp switch, and can be easily adapted to operate as a 30 amp service by simple changing the faceplate plug. This provides a safe and legal way to transfer power from your portable generator to the essential components in your home.

This transfer switch gets wired directly into your electrical panel and feeds electric to the panel from your gas powered, portable generator, regulating the electrical load to your house. I used this transfer switch for a number of power outages, including Hurricane Sandy for over 8 days without a problem. I bought this Emergen Manual Transfer Switch(model 6-5001) for my home back in 2010 and installed it all EXCEPT for the final wiring to the breaker box. I started final installation yesterday and realized I needed the 30 amp version. The switch has had absolutely ZERO electricity run through it the whole time I've had it. So it's essentially BRAND NEW. NOne of the wires have been cut, but were bound up with red electrical tape waiting for installation. Here is a real nice 60A Manual Transfer Switch from Generac/Siemens. GENERAC Model OG0825.Siemens G2020B1100. Transfer Switch comes with 13 Siemens Circuit Breakers. Five 15A Single Pole Breaker. Five 20A Single Pole Breaker. Two 50A Double Pole Breaker. One 60A Double Pole Breaker. The Front Panel of the Box shows some minor rust. The Inside of the Box including the Breakers look as if they were never used. I picked this Switch up at an Estate Sale and it was sitting on a shelf in a shed.It looks to be in real nice shape.
