This is a very heavy duty Kennedy tool chest weighing in at 43 pounds before packing. I think UPS will be the best price for shipping. Please send your zip code for a quote. The box is super clean and damage free. It measures 26 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 14 1/2 inches tall. The locking mechanism is here but not attached properly but the key fits and the lach is here. You may however need a new lock as I'm not quite sure whats going on with this one. They cost about 10 dollars at a hardware store. Kennedy# 520 Machinist Tool Box. It has 7 Drawers. The box is in good working condition. The felt is worn badly. The felt in the top and one of the small drawers has been replaced and just sits in it. The felt in all the other drawers is very worn. We'd rate the felt a 3 out of 10. On a scale of 1 to 10. The bottom 2 drawers have no felt. All the drawers slide nicely except the 2nd down on the left. One of the clips on that drawer does not hold and if pulled out all the way, one side slips off the slide. You may be able to work it and make it grab better. The slide is fine, just the little clip. The box shows normal wear. The leather handle has cracked from age but is still strong. The outside is in very good condition. Normal wear and some dirt shows. Up for your bidding consideration is this used vintage Duplex? apprentice machinist tool cabinet. I honestly think it's a Kennedy box. With a Duplex decal on it, because it seems to be built just like one. Overall this box is in average to good condition with some surface rust here and there and one(poor) repaint. Structurally it is in very good shape. Minimal denting or creasing of the sheet metal and all the drawers open and close well and still retain all the original knobs. The lid opens and close well, and it does come with the original key, so the box does lock. The front cover is also in good shape. Most of the drawers have a coating of cutting oil in them, as this box was used as a cutting tool cabinet, and it was full. I cleaned what I could and blew it out the rest the best that I could, but there's still some left. All ... morein all, it's a good candidate for a restoration project or just use it as it is. The lower drawer runners are fatigued and need replacement but his box is in very nice condition otherwise. This is for the large series of boxes not the short ones. We ship to the USA only.
