NMTB 50 Face milling 3pc cutter set and tool holder, indexable carbide inserts
This set is really a good high quality cutter head set made for larger milling machines. Included is a Beaver Tool No. 14 NMTB 50 tool holder with 1 inch threads for draw bar. The two stainless steel Ingersoll heads. Have a 3.875 inch cutting diameter and are both rated up to 2850 RPM. Both have complete insert sets with head, with the shinny head being the better of the two. The shinny head on left has a Ingersoll part no. 5N2V04R01-75374-C. 5H2H-40R01. The duller finish head on right has a Ingersoll part no. 5N2V04R01 3020917-C. I do not have the part numbers for the inserts for these two Ingersoll heads. But any good tool rep can get that quickly. The Black Carbaloy cutter head(Carbaloy 415) part no. R220.23/69-04.00-C has a full 4 inch cutter diameter to the outside of opposing inserts. It is missing 1 insert. I do not know the insert ... morenumber but Carbaloy are easy to match up. I showed the pictures with the tool holder mounted on each cutter head. All 3 fit the same pilot. Included are 2, 3/4 cap screws to attach heads to holder, all threads on the tool holder are in excellent condition with the over-all condition of the tool holder being used but very good. I picked up the tool holder today at a auction, the heads I had bought a couple years back but never bought the Milwaukee Mill, so I no longer need these. My price is my cost and these are really good cutters, I am selling to buy other tooling for my R8 mill. That I am afraid is as big as I will get, Good luck bidding and I hope these find a good home.
