This is a used boring bar holder made by Victor Mfg. Co. USA. It will hold up to a 7/8" dia. boring bar. The base diameter is about 3" and looks to have a been modified along with the T-nut. The T-nut measures 1.275" wide x 2.25" long x.25" bottom step. The height is adjustable by turning the top screw and locking it with the side socket cap screw. Very well made.
