Atlas 10. South Bend, or Craftsman Lathe Turret Tool Holder I recently bought two Atlas 10 lathes that came from an older gentleman so some tooling and parts are excess to my needs. I will be listing these as I identify what I do not need. This is a fully functional turret tool holder for an Atlas 10F metalworking lathe. As such it should fit several Sears models as well. But I cannot personally verify that since I don’t have one to try it. I can verify that it fits the Morse Taper#2 tailstock on my South Bend 9 lathe. I got two of these and I’m keeping one. It is way better than the Chinese version I had before. I’m including an arbor with this turret so that you can use it as a model. Old Large Index-able Turret Tool Post Holder for Larger Engine Lathe Height from bottom to where tool holder sets is about.825" Tool holder slot is 1.312" tall by.75 deep Bottom T-plate is 1.270 and 1.400 by.650 thick. Overall it is about 4 1/2" square. Probably best for lathe with 12" or more swing. As you can see it has several indexing points. I didn't count them. No manufacturers markings. $12.75 shipping. MACHINIST TOOL LATHE MILL Tailstock Turret Tool Holder MT2 atlas south Bend
Here we have a MT2 lathe tailstock turret tool holder. Will hold 6 tools. With 5/8" straight shanks. She's in excellent working condition. Rotates without binding, and locks positively, with a strong spring. It is not pictured, but it comes with a short section of tubing to cushion the lock release handle.
