Vintage Brown& Sharpe inside micrometer set. 2" 9 1/2" range With wood case Vintage Brown& Sharpe inside micrometer set. With original wood case. Measures 2" thru 9 1/2" range. Very old set is different than any I have seen and may be missing parts. The measuring rods have grooves in them and may require a spacer inserted in the body so there insertion depth is controlled. The Grooves may be the original design controlling the rod position. I don't know. Interesting set in as found good overall working condition. If your looking for a very accurate tool. The side top works well and the box is in excellent as found condition. It has not been cleaned, waxed or varnished. The shipping weight is 1 pound 2 ounces.
