Clark FM-12 Floor Maintenance 11" Scrubber / Buffer Cleaner WORKS GREAT ~NR
Here is a nice used Clark FM12 buffer or scrubber. Has 11" diameter brushes. Two of them, both with different bristles. I am told you can still get brushes and pads for these machines. Even has a wheel deal to roll it around on. Works good. No reserve.

Clark Encore floor scrubber walk behind cleaner buffer battery charger 17 17"
This is a nice floor scrubber out of a local university. It comes with the charger. The machine is missing the squeegee, possibly one hose, the scrubber pad and the top cover.
