Being offered is a Sweep Generator. This was a 1 owner piece that was taking some electronic courses years ago and his parents purchased this for him from a military surplus store. It is currently untested but when plugged in. The light comes on. I can tell you that it came from a very clean home and he took very good of all of his stuff and said as far as he knows it works.
