SquareTrade © AP6.0 1960 vintage U-Test-Em model 1901 stationary tube tester. 58 1/2" tall x 21" wide x 20" front to back. Sheet metal cabinet has locking door on the bottom with slide out tray shelves. There are 5 tray slots but only 2 trays. Cabinet is in fair cosmetic condition but equipment appears to be good working. Glass insert on the cabinet base door is cracked. Glass panel with advertising is missing from the overhead light section. Some minor surface rust and wear and on the cabinet. For testing Efficiency. Plug the tube into the correct socket and allow 30 seconds to warm up. Meter should read at the chart indicated value or higher. I tested several tubes and the values appear reasonable. I have a brand new 6U7 tube which shows a value of 50 on the cabinet chart and the meter tests at 55. I have a used 6K7 ... morewhich should test at 50 but only registers 40. Shorts or gas leaks should light up on the panel but none of the tubes I tested appear to be faulty in that respect. There is a toggle power switch mounted on the panel, however, the only way to turn off the overhead light is to unplug the unit. Pretty neat and usable unit. For local pick up here in York, PA 17406. An exceptionally clean piece of vintage test equipment. Bought from a working shop, I've plugged it in, tested as I could, here it is telling me the tube out of my TransOceanic is leaking and dead, but everything seems to be working properly, lights light, dials dial or click, toggles toggle, no damage, cord is clean and supple, no cracks, ready to be put to work. Serial number is 4199, mails at 9.5 pounds. BTW, I know this tester came out in a field model with a cover for the front and snaps, this was a desk model, complete as sold, not a tester missing the cover. Vintage B& K Dyna-Quik Dynamic Mutual Conductance Tube Tester. Model# 650. This tester works great and has been calibrated. Comes with tube test set-up manual and a copy of the instruction manual. Test sockets for 8 pin octal and loctal tubes and 7,9 pin miniature tubes. All controls, sockets and switches have been cleaned. All capacitors, diodes and some resistors were replaced. New power cord. It is great for testing amplifier, audio, hi/fi, stereo, radio and tv tubes. This tester shows its age and the case is in poor condition. However, this is a solid tester that has been calibrated and works great. Very useful with a lot of great features. Meter face looks good and is easy to read. Shipping cost is actual and is calculated by USPS using packed weight and our respective locations. Item will be insured for the full value.

1920's (?) Readrite TUBE TESTER from estate.
I purchased this out of a rural upstate NY estate. I am NOT a radio person so know nothing about it. I did plug it in(I was afraid to but the house survived) but it appears not to work. Or maybe the tube is no good. The plug wire is in bad shape so that may also be the problem. I found an antique catalog image& description of this on the internet but the image capture would not load onto my listing. This is sold as-is, as-found, so assume it does not work. This unit is VERY heavy! Like a block of lead, so shipping is 13.95 to US. More elsewhere. Anyway, no returns so ask any questions BEFORE bidding. Thanks.

B & K 650 Tube Tester w/ 610 Panel
B& K 650 Tube Tester with 610 Panel. Everything works as it should. The Tester is in very good condition. Comes with a copy of the Tube Chart. Also has the Instruction manual. It's for B& K 500 but the Set up is nearly the same. The Meter is shown in operation with the tube lite up. The 610 panel socket plugs into socket 41. The case does have wear. As can be seen in the outside case photos. As always tubes need to have the Short Test done before moving on to the next test. If a tube is shorted and you proceed with testing it may harm the Tube Tester and Meter. The Tester is in original condition. But not rebuilt. Buyer pays shipping and handling. Sold as is.
