Other than some scratches to the motor housing paint. This Rush wire stripper is very clean and looks like it hasn't had much use. The motor runs fine in both forward and reverse, but I don't have a clue how it works or even if it does work, so please ask questions. I did see another similar machine on ebay that had a plastic housing around the chuck. This machine does not have a plastic housing. Shipping will be for 12 pounds.
