For sale a set of 7 vintage very very hard to find storage containers with screw on and off lids. Why they don't make them like this anymore I don't know. These are wonderful! The lids are very easy to use. You just twist them off and on. The containers are a slightly sheer white and all of them have measurement lines on them. The 3 of them measure 8 3/8 inches high. Two of them are a little over 1/2 gallon each and the other is a little over 1 quart. The next 2 measure 5 1/4 inches high and hold 48 ounces or 6 cups. The 2 smaller ones measure 5 1/8 inches high and they both hold a little over 1 pint or 2 cups. The lids are interchangeable with the 5 containers as well as the 2 containers, the lids can interchange. These are very 1960's colorful. The containers were made by Family Products Inc. in the USA. 2 VINTAGE TUPPERWARE SQUARE FOOD STORAGE SNAK STOR CONTAINERS WITH LIDS 9X9
2 vintage Tupperware#514 sheer Snak Stor food storage containers. One is marked 514-19. One 514-20. They are both the same size 9" x 9" and 3" tall. The 514-19 is in great vintage condition with typical utensil marks, but no melt marks or cracks. The 514-20 does have a reddish stain on one of the side edges(see last photo) It also has leftover tape marks on it as if whoever used it, put masking tape on it, maybe to mark it with their name at a co-op? And the lid has a yellowed corner to the same effect that a piece of tape was put there(see 1st photo of lid) But there are no melt marks or cracks and it still has lots of life left. Both the lids fit nice and snug. The containers are clean with no inside stains and they nest in one another for easy storage with both lids on top. They both have a faint Tupperware plastic smell. ... moreThese containers are very useful for storing cakes, cookies, vegetables and about any other food item needing airtight storage.
