Bricker Power Drive units provide a convenient. Compact power source to efficiently run the Hobart 9" Vegetable Slicer attachment. It is an ideal"attachment station" for slicing, shredding and grating vegetables. It allows you to avoid using food machines required for other operations. This unit is basically the same as the Hobart PD-70. Which is designed for grating and shredding vegetables(I believe it is too fast for use with cheese) It takes#12 Hobart attachments. This unit was pulled from a KFC where it was used to shred cabbage for cole slaw. It has been tested and works great. The toggle switch is broken. But I'll throw in a free brand new foot switch(which is much safer than using the toggle) I also have the Vegetable Slicer attachment, a slicing blade, and several grating attachments(listed separately)

This is an antique Hobart Model#210(2nd generation with a 10" blade) deli meat/cheese slicer. It was originally manufactured circa 1940 in Troy. Ohio. The date engraved on the blade is April 19, 1946. This slicer has been well maintained and is fully functional. It is a true testament to the high quality manufacturing standards of its time. The knife blade and gauge plate will be removed for safety during shipping. Therefore. Some assembly will be required- three(3) screws for the knife blade and three(3) screws for the gauge plate.
