Hobart Deli Slicer, Model 610 with blade sharpener
Up for sale is a lightly used Hobart model 610 Deli Slicer. This unit is 110 volts. Has a 1/5 horsepower motor, manual feed, adjustable slice thickness knob, and for easy cleaning the sliding carriage and the blade guard are easily removable. It is very clean and can be set up to use right after you receive it. It also comes with the blade sharpener which you can see attached in the last photo. The only problem that it has is a small crack on the adjustment knob that I almost didn't see. The knob is tight and it doesn't affect it at all. Paypal only and US only. Hobart Commercial Slicer Model 512 Practically New Only Used 10 hours
I acquired this slicer new in the mid 90's as a spare(loaner) for my commercial kitchen equipment repair business. I have never once used it as a spare. I did however use it around the house to slice meat and cheese I bought at Sam's Club. I am sure I never used it even 10 times. So the use is extremely light. For a commercial slicer like this it would be considered not used at all. These things are made to last for years and years of everyday heavy use. Hobart Meat Slicer 2812 Manual Deli Cheese 12" Blade without Sharpener, Arkansas
I bought this at auction and do not know its history. It runs quietly and everything operates smoothly. You can see the operation light glowing in picture 2. It does not come with the sharpener. The blade has a nick in it(see picture 11) I sliced an orange through it to test it out and it chopped that up without effort. I removed the bottom inspection plate to make sure I wasn't selling a gunked up unit and it is shockingly clean(see picture 7) The Goodyear belt and motor look almost new. I will work with any third party shipper you arrange or I may be able to arrange freight through a business associate. Item is located in Northwest Arkansas at a residential address without a loading dock. It weighs 98 lbs and measures 28" x 24" x 24" When you or your shipper pick this up.
