The shakers are lettered Cloves, Ginger, Cinnamon, Red Pepper, Mustard, Paprika, Allspice and Nutmeg. The lettering and decorations are sharp and crisp on all 8 shakers with no visible wear. Except for a slight“flea-bite” on the bottom front edge of the Ginger shaker. These shakers are in excellent condition and have no other chips, cracks or other damage. The paint on the lids is worn. Vtg Antique Bean Pot Covered Casserole Metal Holder Rack Crock Lid Pottery
We're offering this vintage antique bean pot with aluminum holder/rack for auction. It probably dates from the 1920-1930s when these items were very popular. And, apparently, they ate a lot of beans back then. The crock is an awesome crock that you could use for decorating without the metal rack. It measures 10 by 7 inches and it is about 7 1/2 inches from the base of the metal legs to the top of the handle. The pot itself is 4 3/4 inches high. Unfortunately we could not find any maker's marks on this piece. It's in well-loved condition with a hairline crack on the lid and some stains on the interior.
