The pack attaches by means of velcro strips(see photos) The pack features one deep compartment and a zip compartment on the other side of the top of the ba g. Items can be attached to the actual top of the bag with the adjustable. S tre tch cord. The bag is in excellent condition and does not look as if it has been used. I see no signs of wear. It has padding on its vertical sides which can re moved by opening a zipper along the bottom edge of the bag. The bag was made in China of 80% polyester and 20% nylon. It measures 13 inches across by 6 inches and 7 1/2 inches deep. There is no carrying strap included with this bag.
