Bill Crook Custom Telecaster Guitar with McVay G Bender set up like Brad Paisley
This Bill Crook Custom Guitar is in perfect working condition it was built in 2006 for a studio musician in Nashville and has been very well cared for. It is set up with Medium Jumbo Fret's. An Adder Neck Pickup, and a Lindy Fralin Bridge Pickup with a 3 way switch with the standard Telecaster positions. It has a Quilted Maple Top and a Sparkle finish back with a AAA Birdeye Maple Neck. I purchased it about six month's ago and have used it sparingly. I am selling it only because I cannot seem to adjust to the shape of the neck. It is the standard C shaped neck that runs the length of the neck. My other guitar's both have the Compound Radius Necks like on the Fender American Deluxe Telecaster. I don't feel it is practical to purchase a new neck for the guitar as it would defeat the purpose of owning a Bill Crook Custom Guitar ... moreright. Danelectro Blue Paisley Pure Drive w/True Bypass Mod Transparent Overdrive ts808
This is a Danelectro Pure Drive. Very rare overdrive that was never officially released in the united states. This is tonally similar to a tube screamer but much more flexible; it can boost/scoop mids and emulate humbucker tones with single coils and vice versa. This pedal has been modded for true bypass and the LED changed to white. I did this because the pedal was stealing volume in bypass. The overdrive circuit was NOT modded i only added true bypass. True bypass was a catch 22; After the mod was done. I found i had to turn the output on the pedal all the way up and the drive to at least half to be louder than the bypassed signal! oops! someone who's into pedal modding could change a couple resistors to boost the output of the circuit to match the true bypass, i just don't have time to figure it out. I already did the true bypass ... morepart, which is exceedingly difficult on these pedals. These usually sell for $150+ unmodded if you can find one. considering the true bypass created a problem as well as solving one, i don't know what to ask for it so i'm selling it on auction with no reserve. 1989 Fender James Burton Telecaster Rare Black and Gold Paisley Great shape. With some near-invisible surface scuffs, not new but pretty damn close- NEVER PLAYED OUT and in fine original condition. This black and gold is the flagship of the US Made James Burton Signature Paisley Teles. I bought it from a dealer in NYC 24 years ago and have only rehearsed with it. Amazing Lace Sensor pickups deliver classic Tele quack. But the 5-way switch allows for a great Strat tone too. This antique paisley shawl has a black field with hand woven and hand embroidered paisley borders. One corner of the field has a signature embroidered in white. The borders reverse so that the shawl. When folded or flipped into a triangle, could be worn with both correct sides facing outward. This means that, when spread out, two side edges are always facing up and two face down. It measures 69x71.5" The condition is imperfect; the black field is damaged and has some very rough repairs. The borders are in very good but not perfect condition. This shawl in this clean, unfaded, perfect condition is very rare. The shawl is very light and soft to the touch, made from pashmina and silk. Not all shawls are equal! This shawl has a remarkably wonderful array of jewel like colors. Woven very beautifully in the kani, tapestry technique, then pieced together to form a gorgeous multi-color design. You can see the mark of the weaver, embroidered on the side in photo 5. It has a beautiful fine fine weave, the soft texture from the lovely cashmere and silk blended yarn. Note the wonderful rose bush and tree motifs in the lovely center. Beautiful! The exquisite harmony of the design and fine weave of this shawl makes it unusually ... morebeautiful quality. Huge Antique 19th C Paisley Wool Shawl Throw Tablecloth,ink numbered, Persian?
I found this valuable hand woven fabric in a Swedish vintage store in Bulgaria. It is at least 19th century according to my knowledge and gut. It may be Persian. Very soft, may be wool or wool and silk. It has a number 16112 written with pretty digits with ink on a white cloth sewn onto one of the corners. Persian may be? Very large(will provide measurements later) with very rich colors and fabulous detail. At first one can not notice but when i looked carefully i found out there were quite a few holes at few areas. Some are more of a thinning of the fabric. I was not able to count them but later i can make an effort and ad up the info. The busy and colorful pattern makes them hard to see. 1963 FENDER MUSICMASTER Custom Faded Gold/Green Paisley Re-finish w/ Bigsby OHSC
Up for your consideration is a unique piece indeed: a one-of-a-kind 1963 Fender Musicmaster(rare 3/4 scale neck. Think the Rickenbacker 325 John Lennon model) customized and refinished in a wonderful. Faded, 60's-esque gold/green paisley with original hard shell case. This guitar has an interesting history. I literally found it at a thrift store looking like it had been drug behind a truck-its Olympic White finish had been beat to hell(I have plenty of"before" photos should you be interested-I included just one showing the factory date stamp on the butt-end of the neck) And the frets were pitted practically all the way up the neck. It also had some mods done to it over the years-it had a second pickup and toggle switch added sometime ago(Musicmaters only had one pickup) and the bridge that was on it didn't quite look original-but ... morethe basics were all there. I ran the neck plate serial# on my cellphone, and the date came up 1963(wow! S o. I bought it. After taking it apart and wondering what to do next. I ended up sending it far away to get a custom"aged" paisley paint job(including a matching hand-made paisley pickguard) done on it. After months of waiting, she finally came home looking incredible. This finish is factory-quality-outstanding in every way(the dude who did it's a genius. I then sent her to my 75 year-old luthier to have her set-up with a fresh fret-job. W e also decided to add a relic Bigsby. Reli c knobs. Relic strap buttons, relic pickup covers, and a relic roller-bridge. We discovered that one of the pickups was an older DiMarzzio( and the other might be the original Fender pickup-couldn't be sure) Also. One pot looked original, and the other did not(obviously) So all-in-all, the original parts on this guitar include the body, neck, frets, tuners, tuning buttons, most of the external screws, perhaps one pot, one pickup, and the jack. Hand Tooled Paisley Leather Covered Tele Body Neck and Strap
This started out as an old Saga Kit from aroun 2005. It was once painted blue but now it has been covered in leather. The body is basswood. But with the leather it weighs 6.8 lbs(bathroom scale) I also installed the metal plate that was for a saddle. My wife found this leather in Austin TX at an antique shop. I had a leatherwork artist(did my"Waylon" Tele) do the work. The body is hand stitched around the edges. As you can see, leather that would be used for a saddle was sewn to the back and sides. The neck is a little beat up on the backside of the neck. But I was going to sand it down for the"relic look" It was painted in nitro so sanding should be easy. The paisley leather was glued to the front and back of the headstock. It is a typical C Shaped neck with what I believe is a 9.5 radius. The frets are good and the truss ... morerod works fine. The strap is paisley on one side and leather on the other. Sewn on a machine. It is adjustable by the belt buckle. Please ask all questions before bidding. This is a non returnable item.

T his beautiful cushion has been created from panels of the most scrumptious vintage eiderdown fabrics– two different designs which feature divine cabbage roses. The back of the cushion has an envelope opening and is made from panels of lovely soft and creamy antique French linen. A plump scented sachet in the form of a heart accompanies the cushion. It`s filled with pure dried lavender and absolutely nothing else; it smells as gorgeous as it looks! The cotton fabric was carefully salvaged from vintage eiderdowns and you can still see little needle marks from the quilted stitching here and there– I like this evidence of its former use. Both of the fabrics are stunning– I don`t believe that there is a modern textile which comes close to their softly faded beauty.
