It shows some light surface rust and some overspray. I’m including the gauges and regulator and they look useable but I have never used it and so I can’t t swear they work. It has a 3 gallon capacity and an operating pressure of 60 psi. It is in very good condition. Please note that most of the items I have for sale are used/vintage goods.
