The 2-1/2Qt remote paint tank& hoses are brand new/ never been used. The 3500SC is rated at 65kv electrostatic power. This is a complete electrostatic spraying system. Put the appropriate paint in the paint tank. Hook up an air line that supplies filtered, clean, dry air, connect the ground wire to a known good earth ground, attach a ground wire to the metal object being painted and attach the opposite end of the ground wire to a known good earth ground and start spraying. We use them to apply epoxy primers. 2k urethane primers, base coat colors, both solids and metallics and urethane clear coats. It is amazing to see how nice pale gold ... moremetallics lay out. These electrostatic spray guns are amazing and have saved me a small fortune just in paint savings not to mention reduced labor cost due to less time required to apply the paint. Just to be able to spray large items like buses and helicopters and NOT have to watch a cloud of paint get drawn into the exhaust is very nice. Specially when the base colors cost $600 per gallon. I sold two of these set ups to a guy in Arizona the other was a 4500sc. He told me that when he was using HVLP guns he went through 45-60 gallons of paint per week painting new wrought iron fences that he fabricates. With the electrostatic spray guns he now only uses 10 gallons of the same paint to paint the same number of fence sections that previously required 45-60 gallons per week. That’s just in less paint consumption; his labor to apply coatings is a fraction of what it was. You don’t have to be Einstein to figure how much $$ was going into the filters of his spray booth. It now goes into his pocket. Just to be conservative. 40 gallons of cheap acrylic enamel is going to cost you at least $60 per gallon. That’s $2400.00 bucks PER WEEK in savings. So. This is a modified Apollo 700 HVLP spray system. I modified it by changing out the standard 2" deep filters and adding full size vacuum cleaner filters. By doing so it allowed for much more use before filter change and the unit"breathed" better. Plus I could get replacement filters at any Home Dept rather than having to order them from Apollo. Though the unit and gun have a lot of overspray on them.they work great. I used the unit for reglazing bath fixtures and painting cabinets. The sprayer will also be advertized locally so it may be with drawn should a local buyer come forward.

Just because the 4500SC is no longer made by Graco is no reason to be concerned, as long as you take care of it and clean it thoroughly it should give you dependable service for a long time as mine have and still do. We use these electrostatic spray guns to apply epoxy primers. 2k urethane primers, base coat colors, both solids and metallics and urethane clear coats. It is amazing to see how nice pale gold metallics lay out. The Graco tech reps that I have spoken with in the past have told me that that these cannot be used with metallic paints because it causes to metallic particles to"orient" themselves.so much for what they know. I have used the Pro3500& 4500SC guns with many different paints and colors. Both single stage and base coat/clear coat two stage paints having metallic particles and I can say from experience that the metallic lays out or should I say"orients" itself very nicely and uniformly, much better than with ANY HVLP, DeVilbiss or Binks spray guns that I have used over the past 33 years custom painting helicopters, airplanes, yachts,
