The 2-1/2Qt remote paint tank& hoses are brand new/ never been used. The 3500SC is rated at 65kv electrostatic power. This is a complete electrostatic spraying system. Put the appropriate paint in the paint tank. Hook up an air line that supplies filtered, clean, dry air, connect the ground wire to a known good earth ground, attach a ground wire to the metal object being painted and attach the opposite end of the ground wire to a known good earth ground and start spraying. We use them to apply epoxy primers. 2k urethane primers, base coat colors, both solids and metallics and urethane clear coats. It is amazing to see how nice pale gold metallics lay out. These electrostatic spray guns are amazing and have saved me a small fortune just in paint savings not to mention reduced labor cost due to less time required to apply the paint. Just to be able to spray large items like buses and helicopters and NOT have to watch a cloud of paint get drawn into the exhaust is very nice. Specially when the base colors cost $600 per gallon. I sold two of these set ups to a guy in Arizona the other was a 4500sc. He told me that when he was using HVLP guns he went through 45-60 gallons of paint per week painting new wrought iron fences that he fabricates. With the electrostatic spray guns he now only uses 10 gallons of the same paint to paint the same number of fence sections that previously required 45-60 gallons per week. That’s just in less paint consumption; his labor to apply coatings is a fraction of what it was. You don’t have to be Einstein to figure how much $$ was going into the filters of his spray booth. It now goes into his pocket. Just to be conservative. 40 gallons of cheap acrylic enamel is going to cost you at least $60 per gallon. That’s $2400.00 bucks PER WEEK in savings. So. Graco Pro 3500 SC Electrostatic Spray Gun/system Used for air spray application of liquid solvent based paints THIS IS NOT AN AIRLESS SPRAY GUN This is a used Graco Pro 3500 SC electrostatic spray gun. The 2-1/2Qt remote paint tank& hoses are brand new/ never been used. The 3500SC is rated at 65kv electrostatic power. This is a complete electrostatic spraying system. Put the appropriate paint in the paint tank. Hook up an air line that supplies filtered, clean, dry air, connect the ground wire to a known good earth ground, attach a ground wire to the metal object being painted and attach the opposite end of the ground wire to a known good earth ground and start spraying. We use them to apply epoxy primers. 2k urethane primers, base coat colors, both solids and metallics and urethane clear coats. It is amazing to see how nice pale gold ... moremetallics lay out. These electrostatic spray guns are amazing and have saved me a small fortune just in paint savings not to mention reduced labor cost due to less time required to apply the paint. Just to be able to spray large items like buses and helicopters and NOT have to watch a cloud of paint get drawn into the exhaust is very nice. Specially when the base colors cost $600 per gallon. I sold two of these set ups to a guy in Arizona the other was a 4500sc. He told me that when he was using HVLP guns he went through 45-60 gallons of paint per week painting new wrought iron fences that he fabricates. With the electrostatic spray guns he now only uses 10 gallons of the same paint to paint the same number of fence sections that previously required 45-60 gallons per week. That’s just in less paint consumption; his labor to apply coatings is a fraction of what it was. You don’t have to be Einstein to figure how much $$ was going into the filters of his spray booth. It now goes into his pocket. Just to be conservative. 40 gallons of cheap acrylic enamel is going to cost you at least $60 per gallon. That’s $2400.00 bucks PER WEEK in savings. So. This listing is for a used TURN KEY paint rig that is IDEAL for painting small aircraft. It consists of a Graco Pro XS2 high pressure atomization(NOT HVLP) electrostatic spray gun plus a electro-polished stainless steel 5 liter pressure paint tank. Also included are the Graco 5' high-flexibility grounded air hose that attaches directly to the spray gun and a 40' grounded high-flow air hose with high-flow quick disconnect fittings to run from the paint rig back to the shop air supply. With this setup. You do not need a separate ground wire as long as your shop air uses metal piping since the hose will serve as ground! Though this gun is well used. It was also well maintained. The fluid tip and air cap were both replaced circa 2012 with a new High Solids air cap. The electrode was also replaced at that time. You will get 2 low time ... moreconventional solids air caps and one high solids air cap. With these caps you can spray any polyurethane paint system you encounter such as Awl-Grip, Jet-Glo, Mankiewicz, DuPont Aero in either regular or high solids versions and get an amazing finish along with JAW DROPPING speed of application! When I switched to this rig from conventional high-production spray guns(Binks BBR) my paint consumption was cut in HALF. And yet my application speed went way up. Used Graco Pro XS4 85kv electrostatic spray gun. The gun was very well maintained and taken care of and it looks it. It is in very nice condition. The electrostatic feature tested, performs& functions just like a brand new gun. I tested the gun and it puts out 78kv on high and 56kv on low. I also tested a brand new gun to compare readings. The new gun put out exactly the same. THE SMART DISPLAY DOES NOT WORK but this does NOT effect the electrostatic ability of the gun The 2-1/2Qt remote paint tank& hoses are brand new/ never been used. The static ground air hose is brand new and are made up for each unit sold. I manufacture the Left hand threaded grounded air ... morehose fitting that is required to connect the air to the spray gun and are tested for continuity. I assemble each system as they are purchased and test the spray gun for spray pattern adjustment. Quality of spray, air& fluid leaks and kv power output of the electrostatics. I also test the air regulator on the remote paint tank for function. I do not sell junk. Every unit I have sold I would not hesitate to use myself. This is a complete electrostatic spray system! All you need to do is supply the clean. Dry compressed air and the paint. If you have never used electrostatic equipment then you WILL also need to learn how to use it. Cleaned, inspected, reassembled replacing any parts necessary and tested for output and function. The 2-1/2Qt remote paint tank& hoses are brand new and never have been used. The static ground air hose is brand new and are made up for each unit sold. The grounded air hose and the paint fluid hoses are about 78-80" long. I manufacture the Left hand threaded grounded air hose fitting that is required to connect the air to the spray gun and are tested for continuity. I have been using the same two guns for the ... morepast thirteen years. Neither gun has needed ANY parts to be replaced and they both work perfectly fine. Just because the 4500SC is no longer made by Graco is no reason to be concerned, as long as you take care of it and clean it thoroughly it should give you dependable service for a long time as mine have and still do. We use these electrostatic spray guns to apply epoxy primers. 2k urethane primers, base coat colors, both solids and metallics and urethane clear coats. Graco pro x-9, Graco Airless sprayer
This graco pro x-9 sprayer was actually used 2 times and the third time would not pick up paint. I have put in new packings and new electronic primer so there is really nothing else to buy. I think it is just clogged in the mechanism. But have since got a new sprayer. the sprayer will pick up thinner and water just not paint. i am sure this is an easy fix for someone, has hose and gun but it is just taking up room. 25.00 shipping to lower 48.
