Ride SPI Snowboard Bindings - Medium (7-10)
Up for a sale is a pair of used Ride SPI bindings I bought back in 2008. I bought the bindings new in store and used them on 3 days throughout the whole season. And have not touched them since. They were too stiff for me, and have since just been sitting collecting dust. The bindings are in great shape, and have no signs of wear on the pads or ratchets, and no paint chipping anywhere. Great pair of bindings for your intermediate-advanced rider to use all over the mountain. Size Medium, good for shoe sizes 7-10. Bought new at $240.

Bold and spectacular ca 1900 patchwork red & white star quilt, 7 SPI
Offered here without reserve is this bold and graphic ca 1900 patchwork star quilt that measures 79 1/2" x 71 1/2" and quilted at 7 SPI. The red is solid and unfaded. Nor are there any repairs to this piece. Indeed, I suspect from its suppleness, that she's never been washed. However, although there are no holes, repairs, or tears, there is s ome subtle staining(loo ks to me to be water staining. Definitely not blood) and thus she could use a cleaning(see my last 4 pictures) But again, though, there is no reserve, although buyer pays $16 for priority USPS domestic shipping.

2010 155 Lib Tech Dark Series/ With Ride SPI bindings
This is a great board! It has one season of use. It comes with Ride SPI bindings. One of the toe straps is slightly damaged but still fully functional. The board has some slight cosmetic damage but is in excellent shape! I have just had the board tuned and waxed, so you will get it with sharp edges and ready to ride! EXQUISITELY quilted 10-13 spi LUSH Cadet Blue Pink Double Diamonds antique quilt
Miss the old version of this page? everything on one long page. hddpe. Henomenal hand-quilting really steals the show on this elegantly designed and beautifully executed quilt. But the pieced pattern is quite appealing and challenging itself. The tiny half-square triangles are based on just a postage-stamp-scale one-inch square and by my count each block is composed of 63 smaller pieces. Nevertheless. With quilting this head-turning, you'll be forgiven for giving all your attention to those lush feathered wreaths, triple-rods and crisp gridding. I would date this quilt to around the 1880's. Size The quilt is just off square at one corner and measures about 70 inches square. The blocks are 9 inches square and the half-square triangles based on a 1-inch square. The wreath centers are gridded at 3/8 inch or less while the lines of the diagonal double rods are squeezed into as little as 1/4 inch with a skip of 1/2 inch between sets. Construction The blocks are hand-pieced and then set together and the borders added by machine. Backing. Binding& Batting The white backing is slightly gauzier than the front. Strong and supple and just has that discoloration, mostly in the very center. The pretty little 1/4-inch straight-grain binding is invisibly machine-stitche to the front. Rolled and hand-stitched tight on the reverse. Condition is essentially perfect: I just note one tiny popped hole. The batting is super thin and basically even with some super minor clumping to be found within those very narrow quilting channels. Condition The quilt's condition is excellent: strong. Made with finger joints, steel carrying handle, a microscope compartment, and seven drawers. The cabinet is well made and surprisingly clean for its age. Contents; About 20 Glass Slides, 6 Prepared Slides(Japan) 2 Spare Bulbs, Glass Eyedropper, Sealed Case of Slide Holders, additional slide attachment, 10x Lens, ... more20x Lens, Knife, Tweezers, Paddle Instrument, Needle Instrument, 110V Power Supply, Three Wax Sealed Prepared Liquids(Japan) I know nothing about them, but it appears to be a real nice microscope. All seem quite exceptional to me with the following exceptions. This is an antique quilt that has been handed down for five generations. I do not know the exact age but it is very old. It is a very thin quilt with teeny tiny stitches. The workmanship is outstanding and there are approx. 20 stitched per inch. Each block has be hand embroidered with various floral patterns. The quilt is in good condition with only some minor flaws. There is a yellow spot. Which we have pictured. It may come out with an oxy clean soaking. The top of the quilt shows some wear and one small place that has worn through. The girl measures just a bit over 7" tall x 4" at widest point. Each weigh s 1 lb 12 ounces for a total of 3 lb 8 ounces. The boy measures 6" tall x 4" at widest point. Jobber marks were applied to S.P.I. pieces produced for smaller companies that wanted these pieces back stamped with their own mark. A common S.P. Exquisite Antique. Hand Stitched, Criss Cross Quilt. 9-10 SPI Based on the fabrics and quilting I would estimate the vintage as from 1890– 1910 era. The size is 64 x 78 inches. There are 63 blocks All cotton fabrics. The background is white or cream in color. The Criss Cross pattern is a tiny print in double pink. Or I think more accurately cinnamon and pink. The narrow binding has the same colors in a different ditsy print. The backing appears to be plain muslin and the batting is very thin. There is detailed tiny hand stitching throughout at an average of 9-10 stitches per inch. This quilt is in overall excellent condition with no holes or tears. The fabrics are in great condition. I don’t believe that this quilt was ever used and possibly never washed. There are no stains but when examined closely there is some light surface soiling or ... morespotting from age or storage.

SPI Blue Ridge: Charming Roxalana Gravy Boat (13348)
Item Description Up for auction is a sweet vintage gravy boat painted in the Roxalana pattern on colonial blank. The piece is not marked but I've never seen a gravy that was. The boat is 7-1/2 inches from the tip of the spout to the edge of the handle by roughly 5-1/2 inches. On the base opposite the main part of the pattern there are two very small chips that have yellowed with age- the largest is 1/8 inch across. There are no cracks or glaze crazing. Descripti on: Nice late 1800's tulip applique quilt. The sti tching is really gorgeous& there is lots of it. I counted 10-11 SPI. There is straight line. Grid& feather stitching. The appliques are sewn on with a cross stitch. This quilt is nicely done. It was part of the Western P A quilt documentation project& it is numbered& has a tag s ewn to the corner. This quilt was part of a large collection& I will reveal the name of the collectors& the ir locatio n to the winning bidder. The quilt is 76" s quare. Condition: There is some light spots& discoloration on the front. The discoloration is on the parts of the fold lines& on some parts of the edges. It's very light. Sweet 1930s "Dove in the Window" Nice Yellow! Hand Quilted. 7-10 SPI
Soft and beautiful Dove in the Window quilt in butter yellow and various feed sack prints. This quilt likely dates to the 1930’s The size is 67 x 75 inches The quilt has 42 blocks. Each at 7.5” square, offset by the yellow blocks. Five triangle sections at the top edge of the quilt are a slightly lighter shade of yellow. Made from cotton fabrics of the era. Thin batting. White backing turned forward and stitched to form the binding Hand quilted at 7-10 stitches per inch. It’s in good condition. No holes or tears and no stains. I did see a few loose stitches and some light fabric wear and also on close inspection some faint pink spotting. This is mostly on the backing. But I did also see a few very small areas on front.

Offered here without reserve is this ca 1930 patchwork quilt. Quilted at 5 SPI. I'm sure there's a name for this pattern, but I don't know what it is. In any event, she measures 78" x 76" and I can find no apologies to the topside of the quilt. no repairs, stains, tears, etc. There is a subtle stain to the backside as shown in my 7th picture and a snag tear or whole to the backside as shown in my 8th picture. Wonderful ca 1870 drunkards path quilt with border, 8 SPI
If I thought that the Amish made a quilt in this pattern I'd label it as such since it has that feel to me given its border. In any event. This is legitimately o ld and most likely ca 1870s quilt from. I'm told, Pennsylvania. She measures 81" x 79" and is quilted at 8 SPI. This is, however, a quilt with some issues. First, as my 5th picture attempts to show, there is an area of the green that has faded. Second, there are two discernible stains to the quilt that I'm certain can be removed by a skilled cleaning(which leaves me out) see pictures 6 and 7. Finally. There are scattered places where some of the seam stitching has come undone as illustrated in my 8th and 9th pictures.
