This is my baby and I am finally parting with it since I cannot justify keeping since my shop has closed down. This is the DM-8 model double-mitering metal cutting bandsaw. It is rock-solid and can cut a sliver off of a 3" stainless exhaust tube as well as solid stock leaving a darn near burr-free finish! What makes this particular saw even more rare is that it is"220V SINGLE PHASE" I have changed all the fluids. New chip wheel, new blade installed, new seals in head tension cylinder, etc. Fluid was over $100 but I only believe in OEM recommended products. Saw runs beautifully. Marvel No. 8 Vertical Metal Band Saw For sale now is this used Marvel No. 8 Vertical Metal Band Saw. This saw is used and quite a bit older and it shows it from wear and tear. I didn't really see much in the way of major damage that would affect usability. The unit is very dirty and oil and covered with metal shavings from prior use and could use a very good cleaning. But the bandsaw blade didn't move. Or only moved very slowly. I gave it ... morea bit of a push on one of the wheels and then it finally started moving properly. I think it is a bit stiff from unuse. It made a bit of a vibration sound at first. But it mostly went away after running for a couple of minutes. It likely just needs to be fully cleaned and lubricated. Though we cannot really guarantee that there might not be an issue. The whole bandsaw assembly moves properly with the handwheel on the side of the unit and it has 18" of travel that it can move. When the blade is fully back. There is 26" between the blade and the edge of the table. The table is also 34" wide. Includes a lubricating sump pump and a sump, though we haven't tested it out. This unit is quite heavy and it can be shipped by freight. But shipping will be fairly expensive. We also can deliver within a reasonable distance of 24073 for about $1/roundtrip mile. 60" Niagara sheet metal roller with 3" rollers hand powered or 2hp motor that is 230v 3ph 860rpm. Rated for 14 ga. Has reversing drum switch. V-belt and gear drive, the stand is heavy duty iron steel. The clamp is welded together on one side and on other side there was saddle to fix a crack where the adjustment screw went and it holds it all together in working order. There are two homemade handles. The 3" rollers seeem to be relativity smooth but they do have some light grooves. Roller is in working order and runs fine. Delta/Rockwell Model 28-365 variable-speed vertical Bandsaw. Runs on 220 volt 3 phase power. Works very nicely as it is a very heavy duty saw. Last of the really good ones"Made in USA" Currently has a wood blade on it for cutting logs for the wood stove in the garage. It also has a blade welder mounted on the back side that looks to run on 110v. I don't know too much more about this other than my father bought it about 20 years ago. I can help load onto a truck or trailer. I have a hoist that we used to move it in the past. I prefer a $100 deposit from the highest bidder within 48 hours of sale and the balance in cash on pickup.
