Stands about 75" tall x 44" 32" Work table is 24" x 24" Max rated length of the band is 120" and it is 3/4" wide. Unit has a built in spot welder for securing your own bands. That item is currently not working and the problem source is unknown. Employees simply use another spot welder when replacing the bands. Otherwise the unit is in good working condition. Machine has no band installed in the photos but one will be re-installed before the item is sold. Buyer is resposible for pick up and we can help you load it with tow motor. Up for your consideration is a Wilton Model 8020 twenty inch vertical bandsaw. Serial#77E1026. This saw has a built-in blade welder, high/low gear box, variable speed, and an on board compressor/blower. The table is 24" with 1/2 inch increments inscribed, tilts side to side, and front to back. The motor is a dual voltage 3 phase unit that is currently set up for 208 volts. There is also a task light. The saw is in working condition, but the welder has not been tested, and the grinder motor is missing. There will be a small motor included that may or may not work as a replacement. There are various scratches and residue, the crank handle for the speed control, and the knob for the high/low lever are both missing. This machine is being sold as is, and as it is pictured. This is a functional bandsaw blade welder. It has an annealing option along with the welding. There is also a grinder and blade cutter on the machine. The tag on the machine and the plug are for 220V. Looking inside the machine. I believe that it can be re-wired for 110V. Up for sale today is a Do-All 36" vertical band saw in great shape. This one has all the bells and whistles. Including variable speed feed table, on-board air and hydraulics, coolant pump, foot control, blade welder with anneal, blade grinder, lights, adjustable control panel(swings in and out) gearbox, fine speed control, even a hydraulic wet connect; I ran out of room for pictures, you can see it in the 7th picture. This is a decommissioned Navy machine, lightly used and well maintained, reported to have been in full working condition at the time of removal, I haven't personally tested or used it. This is a very old DoAll bandsaw wired 220v single phase. It has an 18" throat. It has a blade welder which I have never used and do not know if it works. I have used this saw for the past 4 years for basic sawing of brass and some steel. It has always been reliable for me. But I have recently upgraded to a larger DoAll and don't need 2 saws. I would prefer local pickup but can secure to a pallet for shipping if needed. Ships via freight at expense of buyer.
