Antique Junghans Timer/ Clock I think it is probably from the 50's/ 60's. It winds and works. But if not vertical(i.e. wall mounted) it sometimes gets stuck(not often) as the second hand touches the face. If it was to be used for its original purpose which I believe was as a darkroom timer it would probably benefit from a service. If it's to be added to a collection. Used as a decorative item or a kitchen timer then it'll be fine. As you can see from the pictures there is some very minor surface rust on some edges but it's not serious and I do not think it detracts from the overall appearance. These timers often only have a second hand so the additional minute timer is a bonus and may be rare. Dimensions: Diameter of face 210mm. Depth 72mm. Any questions. Though the button itself works just fine(see 3rd picture) I do not currently have a receiver or stereo amplifier to test completely so I am selling as is. Used, Industrial Timer Company Model GR-72 Time-O-Lite 60 Second Photographic Darkroom Timer. Overall the condition of the unit is in decent shape given how old it is. The timer"face" glows in the dark. The hard plastic housing shows typical surface blemishes(probably a little bit more on the top of the unit) The unit has some cork strips underneath that prevents the unit from being slippery. It looks like the strips have been reapplied because some of the glue residue appears to be affixed to housing. It's just a cosmetic issue that doesn't effect functionality. As a precaution. I would imagine if the timer is plugged into a safelight or enlarger, either of these would shut off once the timer stopped. Since I have neither, I plugged a lamp to the side outlet of the timer. It switched off and on accordingly. The"T" and"F" switches work as they should. The power cord is all original with no rips. Tears, or exposed wires. It's got a lot of life left!
