Old Rotary Thumb Counter Press Stem To Advance Counts To 999 - Works Great!
This listing is for one solid metal old fashioned rotary thumb counter. It has three separate number rotating dials on the front that shows the count. They are behind a glass protective dome. There is a flat topped stem that you depress- once for each item that you are counting. We used to use these to count cattle, for instance, that are going through a gate. This will count up to 999. It has a ring on the back for attaching to a strap or belt and also reset buttons. It measures approximately 2" in diameter. It is in good pre-owned condition- not dinged or dented and counts fine. Rotary Inductor with Turns Counter - 25 uH
Hello, You are bidding on a hard-to-find 25 uH roller inductor that I purchased here on eBay some time back to use in a home brew antenna tuner. I decided not to build the tuner so I'm making the inductor available for the next user. Aside from a minor crack on one of the mounting posts(see picture) the inductor is in really fine shape(although it could use a cleaning) It comes with a turns counter and a large porcelain shaft insulator between the dial and the inductor shaft. This crack in no way impairs the inductor's stability- it's rock solid. If desired. Both the turns counter and the shaft coupler may be removed for other'projects' suit yourself. When it hits ROCK BOTTOM. I rescue. Item Number: 017 VINTAGE STEEL INDUSTRIAL ROTARY PAPER HOLDER or COUNTER RECORD KEEPER and ORDER TAKER! A really jiffy little contraption. Made of magnetic metal, sturdy and heavy, weighs 3 pounds, I assume it is STEEL. Appears to have most if not all original hardware and parts are all original. Two handles crank to turn around two(2) 3-1/2" metal disks that sandwich a note paper roll in between them. You write the order on the note paper metal plate. When the transaction is done. You crank the handle towards you and the paper rolls your completed transaction onto the used roll storage. The information about that transaction is always in that roll and without any breaks in the roll every transaction is accounted for, no receipts to"get lost" or"misplaced" I think it is pretty ingenious! ... moreIf you have a question about an order that was taken a few hours ago. Or a day ago, or as long ago as that roll is dated as to when it started, all you have to do is REVERSE the crank rolls and keep on browsing as you keep rolling until you find the day you are looking for, then the exact transaction you are looking for.
