For auction I have a rare CASE ONLY WATERBURY General Store Wall Clock Modified by the G.L.Time Switch Co. This is so rare. I no nothing about it. From what I understand this clock would have been used as a timer clock to do store functions. I only have the case for this clock and I don't know if anyone could use the case. This case measures 15" across the octagonal flats x 3 1/2" deep and the face diameter is 11" What you see in my photos is all I have. The hinged clock cover(no glass) the paper face from Waterbury(in poor to fair condition) and the oak case itself. I have no use for this case, but hate to see things go to waste. If anyone has the parts and talent to restore this clock, this woould be a good buy. If someone wanted to just make a regular clock, this would make an interesting conversation piece. I pulled it out of it's metal box because the door was torn loose. I tried to remove the instructions from the door, but the glue is waterproof. so I just took pics. The piece also has a patent date of Jan 31 1917 on the dial. I did move one of the hands and the switch did made some noises with the internal gears were moving. I took some photos the best I could of the interior of this piece as it appears to be in working condition.
