Search Description This is a very rare analog delay by MXR. This has as good of tone. If not better than the fabled green MXR delay. This one does work off a 9v battery or a 9v supply with an 1/8" jack. It produces a very smooth sounding tone that analog delays are famous for. No modern digital emulation can nail this tone. It is smooth and shimmering with luscious trailing repeats and tunable feedback with the regen knob. These were made in the USA to the highest quality. The box is made of thick heavy metal, not some flimsy plastic and not likely to fall apart anytime soon. The switch is huge and easy to actuate. Two LEDs show the status of the delay. Working vintage Rebis modular effects racks. I don’t see these around much AT ALL. Unfortunately I’ve gotta make some room and hope these unique units can find a nice home elsewhere. One rack has 16 parametric eq’s. Each with level, cut/boost amount, bandwidth, and frequency controls, as well as x10& on/off switches and an overload led. 2 of the 16 are not operational, but the remaining 14 work well. It comes with a patchbay wired up to each of the 16 cards, as well as an external power supply. The 2nd rack has a noise gate, compressor/ limiter, another EQ, delay unit, power supply, and patch points for each. Ibanez started making these pedals in 1987 and made them all the way up until 1993. I don’t think Ibanez ever reissued this model and they haven't made anything quite like this pedal since. Maybe the tone lock chorus/flanger is similar. But it doesn’t come close to the extremities of this pedal. In fact I’d say that it would be hard to find a modulation pedal that compares to this one’s versatility. The finish on this pedal is a bit rough on the sides. DOD R-880, Dual Delay, Analog Delay, Vintage Rack // Tested and working!
This is a Vintage DOD R-880 Dual Analog Delay rack effects unit. I believe these units were made in the 80's. It has a very warm. Vintage sound. Cosmetically, it's a little beat up. There are scratches all over the unit as you can see in the photos. It is also missing 2 of the push buttons that control the"X2" and"Delay 1" functions. I've been using a guitar pick to push them in and it works fine. It a lso appears to be missing two knobs on the back as well. These do not affect the playability at all. I'd imagine they'd be pretty easy to replace. It works and sounds great despite the physical condition. Honestly. When it was mounted in my rack you couldn't really tell because the top and bottom were concealed. One of these is selling on here for over $400. DMB Pedals Lunar Echo Tape & Space Analog Bucket Brigade Delay
Up for bids is a very unique sounding echo/ delay pedal from DMB pedals. The Lunar Echo is an old-school. Bucket brigade true analog delay that can achieve warm delays, crazy self oscillation, noise box features, and creamy modulation. This pedal does not do a clean, digital delay sound. I used a Boss DD-6 pedal for that which is also up for auction. Instead, it gives a great saturated tape delay like an Echoplex or even more like a Binson Echorec which I know Pink Floyd used back in the day. Sounds great with an overdrive/ distortion/ fuzz pedal. Lots of cool features, but easy to use. You can use an expression pedal with the SPACE knob and it has a FX loop which lets you add any kind of effect into the TAILS. The FX57 Hard Rock Distortion was introduced in late 1987. Allowing the user to"thicken" their distorted sound via an analog delay of up to 40 ms.
