Antique Ornate Cast Iron Store Counter Receipt Note Holder Bill Sticker Spike
This is a very nice large ornate Victorian receipt or bill holder/sticker. It has a nice large square shape with rounded corners and a wonderful design on it. There are holes on the top of the top small square. There are 3 holes at the corners, should have been 4 but was never punched through in the making. The holes, I believe were for screwing down to a desk or counter top so it wouldn’t move but to me it is nice and heavy and isn’t going to move around much. There is a rough spot on bottom edge of one of the rounded corners but you don’t see it when it is sitting on counter. It has been clean with a wire wheel and is down to bare metal to either leave as is(which I prefer) or you can paint. It measures approx. 5” square and is 8 1/8” tall. I have up for sale the absolute best AMERICAN BOLT& SCREW CASE CO Dayton. Ohio 72 Drawer Octagonal Revolving Counter Top Hardware Store Nut/Bolt/Screw Cabinet. It is in outstanding condition- by far the nicest that I have ever seen. Its super clean- the finish appears to be original and is fantastic- the stenciling is fantastic- just everything about it is super. It has the original small brass tag with patent dates of April 27, 80 and May 12,03- for 1903 of course. It stands 34" tall and is approx 22" x 22" There are 72 pie shaped drawers- each vertical section has 9 drawers. Octagonal shaped- with original base section and post for revolving. It spins easily and smoothly. All the drawers are in super nice shape- the finish is outstanding as is the stencil. The knobs are wood with a center screw. The drawers do not pull ... moreall the way out, they have a catch on the inside to prevent this. Any wear is most minimal- it is the absolute best that I have seen on ebay or in person. If you are looking for a keeper- this is it. Condition wise- this is as good as it gets for a piece that is over 100 years old. Being ultra fussy there are a few age splits in the wood- a couple on the very top as seen in pic#2.One that I notice on the top side and one on the base. The cabinet will be professionally packaged and sent fully insured. It will be shipped upside down so not the top can not fall off the pole/stem. Beautiful 1920's Valet counter top advertising. It measures 17 inches High by 10 1/2 inchs wide. Has the pop out stand on back which would have been place on counter top. They are made of Hard Cardboard. The colors are so Virbrant. Lokks like the day it was in the old general store. The back has a some spots and staining. It in no way affects the front. I have not seen one of these for awhile. Great for the Valet Razor collectors or Barber shop. I found three of these and I am listing them seperatley. Antique 'Honest Banker' Country Store Counter Top Small Roll Top Desk Wood
This'Honest Banker' Small Roll Top Desk came out of an old country store here in rural WV that has long been closed. It was used on the old store counter along with a small display case its size. The roll works well and it has a desk area inside along with cubby holes to hold receipts and papers. It is not perfect and has scratches and dings consistant with years of use. The finger hold on the roll is well worn. There is one chip out down the left side beside the roll. None of this detracts from this very old country primitive item. I do not know the wood but the roll looks like oak. I don't think the desk is oak. The wood has a reddish brown color. The brass plate at the bottom has'Honest Banker' Desk measures 20 1/2" across. 15" wide and 10 1/2" tall. I think you will like this country store item.

Incredible antique oak and glass display case with light blue velvet and custom stand. The 2 sliding mirrored glass doors in the back have a really cool distressed patina. the showcase was made by the Houston showcase mfg corp and it is stamped on the underside. the glass has a wavy effect to it. The jar measures approximately 9 3/4" tall at the tallest part without the cover on x 9 1/2" wide from front to back at the widest part x 5 1/8" wide from side to side. I don't know if the glass cover is original to the this jar or not but it does seem to be a good fit with just a little play. The cover has a lip that fits around the outside edge of the top rim of the jar(please see photo) There are lots of air bubbles in the jar; it looks like there are hundreds of very tiny air bubbles throughout the glass. Giving it a speckled look. The cover also has air bubbles. The jar looks like it has a seam around it near the bottom. This Planters jar and cover are in overall nice condition. It does have some tiny chips around the top rim of the jar and outside edge of the cover. I don't see any cracks or any other chips. This wonderful Jar will make a nice display piece in any home! For your consideration is this original 1930's Planters Four Peanut Corner Store Counter Jar AKA The Square Peanut Jar. The jar is embossed with Planters on all 4 sides and the bottom is embossed with Made in USA. The lid has a peanut for a handle. These jars were used in stores to display Planters Fresh Roasted Peanuts. The jar measures approximately 9 3/4" tall with the lid on and 7 1/2" tall with the lid off and the jar is 7" square. The inside opening is 5 7/8" in diameter. The clear glass jar is in excellent condition with normal scratching on the bottom from sitting on a counter. The top of the glass lid is in excellent condition however there are some chips/roughness in the inside rim that fits inside the jar opening. This is not uncommon on this type of jar that was used on a daily basis sitting on a store ... morecounter 80 years ago. I am offering a Vintage Royal Gift Wrapping Paper Roll Cutter. This is an estate auction item so I am unsure of its age. It is out of cast iron and wood. The bar is marked Royal in the center Patd May 2080 on the left and 18 on the right. It appears to hold an 18" paper roll. It does not have a bar to hold the paper and there is some staining on the bottom wood piece. There is some rust on the screws and they turn a bit hard but both the screws and the nuts are there. Three of the washers are there but one of them is missing. It will be shipped disassembled. When assembled the base is about 22 1/2" x 5 1/2" and the piece stands about 12 1/2" tall.
