GULF OIL SIGN REST ROOM KEY TAG HOLDER 1962 VINTAGE
This is a vintage. Used, Gulf Oil rest room key tag holder. This was traditionally hung in the gas station sales room and the keys to the men's and ladies room were hung on it in order for them to be easily accessible to a customer. The plastic key tags are frequently for sale on eBay but this holder is rarely, if ever, seen for sale. I have a very low reserve to protect my investment. This holder is SST and not porcelain. It measures 8 3/4" X 11" and has the two original brass hooks to hold the keys. It was made in 8/62 and is dated on the bottom right front. It still has a glossy shine to it although it does have some rust along all four edges of the sign but no rust on the face. No dents and no scratches.

The metal is dark and looks like bronze. Not sure if it is copper or something else which is darkened with age. A magnet does not stick to the metal and it is a heavy piece. Rare Goodyear Sign Belt Holder & 2 Tubes Original Box Advertising tin
Up for bid is a lot of Goodyear products. Found in an old mechanics shop in western Kentucky. This lot contains a great piece of advertising for your collection. The vintage V- Belt holder has great graphics. The metal sign is attached to a wood board that measures 5 1/4" tall. 34" long, 3/4" thick and the metal holders to hold the belts are 3 1/2" long. There is some red paint on one end adding to the patina of this great piece. The Goodyear De Luxe tubes are heavy duty and one is in its original box which is in good condition for its age. The numbers read as best as I can see 525-13, 550-14, 550-15. The other tube has its box but has unfortunately deteriorated but you will get everything we found. RARE & VINTAGE Metal menu bulletin directory information sign holder display box
This is a fantastic find a Bitburger Pils Bar/Resturant Menu Metal Shadow Box. This would be great in a German themed restaurant or bar. I have taken several photos to show condition and details if you have any questions please ask. The front is not glass but plastic it is not scratched on the front see photo but it can be replaced easily you can even replace the plastic with glass if you want. There are no keys it needs miniature tubular cam lock that is missing.It has a 35 watt florescent bulb I guarantee that the bulb burns. One other thing about the box I have taken several photos of the plug. This appears to be the original plug and original bulb however it does have a cord with a small cut in the insulation it should be an easy fix for someone that knows what they are doing. It has a holder that I believe is meant to hold dates for a perpetual calendar. The si gn measures 19" tall by 12.7/8" wide. The holder slot is approx. 7.1/4" wide by 5" tall. The sign features a print by W. McCallum Hogg and it's dated 1949. The sign has rusty areas. Namely across the top, especially in the left corner. It also has scratches and scuffs and there's also some light paint splatter towards the bottom. The sign is bent out of shape and it has some dents in it. The metal isn't very thick which makes it easier to move back in place. The back of the sign has paperboard inserted in it. It has some writing on it and it also has stains.
