If your switch is short cycling(rapidly turning on and off) it is probably due to the fact that your pressure tank is failed and is not a switch malfunction. You are bidding on a USED Water Pump Pressure Switch. This switch is functionally equivalent to several Square D water pressure switches- just a different manufacturer. It came pre-set for an ON/ OFF PSI setting of 30/ 50. I had it adjusted for an ON at 50 and OFF at 70 PSI on my basement home Pressure Pump Booster for the past 9 months. It works fine. But I upgraded my water pump and it came with a new pressure switch so, I no longer need this one. The new owner can adjust the easily rotating set nuts to what ever pressure settings they decide upon. I would estimate the top OFF setting is about 75 PSI so, I used it near the top in.
