Obviously leather, embroidered with flowers, and are marked 7. They measure 11 inches long overall. The middle finger is a hair over 3-1/4" long. They are 3 inches wide across at the base of the four fingers. The exact color is difficult to represent. It is a very light Beige. Not really white or ivory. Vintage Johnson 60 Leather Hockey Gloves-13" (top)
I am selling this pair of Johnson hockey gloves. They are intact and ready to wear. I do not know much about such things so I am only guessing when I say I think these are gloves that are worn by the goalie. They do need some laces as the ones that were in there were kid of ugly so I removed them. The gloves have been used but they do not have any condition issues that I could readily identify. They are made of Mello-Tanned Horsehide for the trim. Thumb and palms. Their uppers are not made of leather. The tags in the gloves are quite difficult to read as most of the printing has worn off of them. However, their Made in Taiwan tag is still easily read. They measure 12 inches long if measured from the bottom cuff and 13 inches long when measured from the top cuff. Knuckle top measurement is 5 3/4 inches wide. Up for sale here is this vintage pair of American Motors leather gloves. They are both marked"Property of American Motors. The tag says they were made by Magid Glove Co. From Chicago. I believe these are from the 1960s or 1970s. They are in great shape and will work great, but they do have some soiling, most of which is on the left-hand glove. These came from a hoarder's basement, and while they are in good shape, they do have moderate"musty basement" smell. Up for auction is a vintage antique pair of industrial Factory safety gloves marked WHITE RUBBER CO. TYPE1 CLASS 2 ANSI/ASTM D120 Gloves in the original industrial bag. What is interesting about these gloves is that they were tested each year for leaks. They have been stamp dated 1981, 1982& 1983. The leather is quite thick but supple for use. The only condition issue is piping at the top- we did not test these. The original canvas bag is stenciled, grommet holes at the bottom and initials on the top flap. It is a deep rich brown with some black. The gloves are 15 inches from finger tip to elbow. The circumference at the elbow is approximately 18 inches. The palms of the gloves are made of leather. The hand and palm area of the interior is lined with a type of fur which is beige in color. The rest of the interior is line with something that looks like corduroy.
