A one point sling which has been attached to the body armor, a belt with to pistol mag holster, a dual m4 Velcro mag pouch so you can attach it to the body armor a hydration carrier NO BLADDER, 9.6 V battery, 3 mid caps and 1 high cap mags. Nishiki Olympic fixed gear road bicycle
Hi. Up for sale here we have a one owner mid seventies Nishiki Olympic 10 speed road bicycle converted to a fixed gear bicycle. I had this frame hanging in my workshop for a while and decided after picking up some nice Matrix aero wheels and a nice Selle Italia Flite seat to go ahead and build this up. The frame was in really nice shape cosmetically, so it just makes sense to put it back on the road. I have been riding fixed gear for a couple of years now with no brakes and so didn't put any on this bike either. I do have some white Dia Compe calipers that can go with the bike if you feel you need brakes to start out with. These brakes have a recessed nut, so you will have to drill out the fork and brake bridge for the rear brake. I also have one Dia Compe side pull front brake that is traditional nutted I can put on and ship with the ... morebike if you want to go that route. Cosmetically, as I said earlier, this bike is in very clean condition with very few paint chips/scratches. There is one tiny ding in the top tube near where the handlebar would hit if it was swung around too fast, but you have to really look to find it. The fork is the original and I had that powdercoated white for something different. There are no other dents, bends or rewelds on this frame. Mechanically, this bike was built up from a bare frame, so all the parts have been cleaned and regreased where needed. Dimensions are: Seat tube- 22.5"ctc, Top tube- 22.5"ctc and Standover height is 32" Components are Matrix aero 700c rims with a Matrix road hub on the back and a Shimano 105 hub on the front, Selle Italia Flite Genuine Gell seat in very good condition, a new Shimano Exage 300 crankset, a new chain and a new Dura Ace 14 tooth rear cog. The Cane Creek brake hoods are new as well as the Cinelli cork bar tape. The handlebars, stem and seat post are the originals that came on the bike. One of the ammo pouches and the LC-1 suspenders has a DSA stock number which were used thoughout the Vietnam War era and discontinued shortly after the war. I cannot find any size markings on the suspenders. The belt is well used and all markings have long faded off, but condition wise is in good solid shape.
