I am selling my Roland Versacamm VP 540 Wide Format Digital Printer for parts or for someone to fix. I just dont have the time or patience. The unit is about 6 or 7 years old and printed just as good as the day it was bought until the following happened: I had a clog in the Cyan head that I could not recover from. So I tried cleaning it in a Ultrasonic cleaner with cleaning solution, after install both Cyan and Black would not print. I first thought the problem was the Print Carriage Board, which I replaced with a new one but did not work. I then replaced the head cables, which did not work. After some research I found out that a fuse was blown on the main board. I replaced this but it keeps blowing fuses if any heads are hood up. Epson Stylus Pro 9000 wide format printer
This printer is very clean and worked very well until taken out of service 2 years ago. It initializes to the point of being ready to print. No ink low lights are lit and the display says ready to print. As far as I know only the ink jets need to be cleaned for it to be in good working order again. I couldn't find the catcher, thats the only thing. It comes with the roll of paper as seen in the photographs but apart from the ink in the cartridges, thats it. Both pumps cycle, it reads media, the heaters work, etc. etc. I believe everything else to be in working order. It comes with take up reel. The printer is in good condition. It has been gently used. Cared for, and works well. I have the software, manual, but not the box, and the only ink that is included is already installed with little left. The latest drivers can be downloaded from the epson webage. I do have all the parts and original accessories for disc covers and use of rollers for rollpaper. Also included is some photo paper about 1.5 packages.
