I have for sale my entire Screen printing set up which includes the following: A 4 color 2 station Ryonet Silver printing press with 2 pallets. Purchased from Ryonet approx 2 years ago for $950.00 as seen on their website screenprinting.com An 18 inch by 18 inch overhead flash dryer with stand purchased for $500 about 3 months ago(have receipt) I purchased a ryonet 20x24-8 bulb exposure unit about 2 years ago that recently crapped out on me. It still kind of works but needs repair. In the meantime. I rigged it up with a shop light to use as an overhead expoure unit(see picture) It actually works faster then the original $400 dollar unit from ryonet! If you can fix the original unit, its yours and you can keep the one I made as a backup. The original exposure unit can be found at screenprinting.com I have 6- 110 mesh screens and 4-200 mesh ... morescreens. All aluminum, that are included with this auction. I have about 15- 20 different color plasitol inks and 3 water based. Plenty of black. White, red and blue. Other colors include all different neons, purple, green, yellow, orange, pink and a bunch more. Just under a gallon of quick cure ryonet emulsion and a package of emulsion paper to start out with for beginners Included also is a gallon of screen cleaner. Screen cleaner spray, blockout red to help fix pinholes in your emulsion, Press wash, a bottle of liquid renu, 3 squeegees. 1 scoop coater, a box of ink scoop squares, various brushes to clean screens with, sponges and anything else you can think of I probably have, so just ask if you don't see something. Very little use and wear. Seriously perfect condition. We purchased this equipment in 2004 or 2005 and we paid upwards of $15.000.00 for the entire kit, inks, extra screens, number system, flash dryer, conveyer dryer. 4 color 1 station silk screen printing press has been used only a few times. Has some dings. But it's perfect for those who are just starting out in the silk printing business. The exposure unit is a single bulb drop lamp(light bulb not included) used to expose positive images on emulsion silk screening. This item is for use in a dark room& does not come with a box. I hung this directly above my emulsion screens once I got ready to expose an image& then I would set a timer beginning at 5 minutes and add 5 minutes until the image was fully exposed. I really hate to get rid of the last item: my Flash Dryer/curing. I bought this unit brand new in December of last year, almost immediately started paying for itself. The cure/dry time went from overnight to just a few brief seconds, rather then wait over night. CAPS screen printing dryer and Flash Dryer
This equipment is being sold as is and I know nothing about how it works. The conveyor is in good condition and the equipment appears to be in good shaped except the heating element went out on the CAPS and the two wires for the element shorted. My dad's friend says he doesn't know if it is the wires or the heating element that is bad. The flash burner has not been plugged in to see if it works. On one side of the conveyor the arm is slightly bent but can be bent back to it's original position. This is pick up only unless you are willing to pay $100.00 for me to palletize the items on one pallet which may require some disassembly. Freight paid by the buyer.
