But I no longer print and am selling the machine. The machine is manually operated and does not need any electricity. You can only print one color ink on any item that has a flat surface. And most of the time that is all people need to have printed. It is very easy to set up with hand wheel adjustments. Since it is a manual machine and does not require electricity. Here is a used aluminum chiller plate that is used to cool down the screen printing platen. The platen can get very hot during a print run and this chiller plate will remove the heat so you can continue to print. Put the chiller plate on the hot platen/shirt and it will absorb the heat from the shirt(make sure the ink is flashed) It only needs to be on the shirt for a few seconds to begin absorbing heat. Great to use if you are flashing white ink. It is lightweight(less than 5 lbs) and is smooth on the bottom. The handles have been bolted on the base but do not come through the bottom. Nice Douthitt large format vacuum table for screen printing plates. This units table has a foot operated lock to rotate the table to many positions including vertical or horizontal. The unit has a very heavy duty GAST vacuum pump which is one of the best pumps on the market. The exposure size is 42 x 52 so you can expose LARGE plates or numerous smaller ones at a time. UNIT DOES WORK GREAT. Dont spend 6k for a new one, save some serious money on this one. we can ship this item through a freight carrier or it can be picked up in person in the Kansas City area. What appears to be rust(pictured) is not instead it is stain from some crushed red peppers. The Kick Plate is also original. There are two small holes(pictured) that are easily fixed and two places in the center pieces of wood(pictured) where it has split that can be easily glued for a barely noticeable fix. Screen Printing Squeegees * Hard Durometer * Five Sizes *
Here are five screen printing squeegees that have hardly been used. As you can see from the pictures there is not much ink residue on the squeegees. They have a wood ergonomic handle to reduce operator fatigue and a thick rubber blade in a hard durometer. Sizes: 7 inch 8 inch 9 inch 10 inch 12 inch I labeled the squeegees with the size and the year I bought them. The"H" I marked on the side indicated the blades were hard durometer. I used these specifically for printing high mesh counts. When I printed I liked to use different sized squeegees that best fit the image I was printing.

UV DRYER. Excellent condition took years to find one this nice. Fully Functional. It will cure a 36" wide path, however the bulb is wider than this. This dryer has a new belt on it. HOWEVER I dropped my pipe wrench on the belt, so there is now a hole in a perfect belt that has been patched. It is 240V Single Phase 65 Amp. It has new starter capacitors to light the bulb. The vacumm hold down fans and cooling fans work perfect. The Bulb does have selectable wattage settings. 100, 150, 200 and 300 watts per inch. Belt Speed Dial and display works. The Dryer has been shortened to 8 feet long to fit in smaller spaces and does not affect its usage at all. COMES WITH A SPARE BULB which came with the dryer when it was originally acquired by this company. Please note there is a hubble 5 pin plug on the dryer which I use to plug into the wall.
