Ryobi 3302 2 Color Offset Press (Itek/AB Dick 9985)
AB Dick 9985(Ryobi 3302) 2 color offset press With Crestline continuous Dampeners. Quick change blanket bars and envelope feeder(Astro Brand) with a delivery conveyor, It also comes with a Midlan Infrared dryer. Feed rollers were recently replaced. Press has 2 delivery carts with wheels and can change from envelopes to sheets in less than 20 minutes. The Midlan Infrared Dryer was hard wired to an electrical box and when it was moved, about 10 years ago, the freight company cut the power wire to it, see picture 7) so it will need to be rewired. It did work the last time it was connected to power but I can not guarantee the working condition of the dryer at this time. The rollers may need replacing, but it prints 1 and 2 color envelopes fine for us at this time. The gaps will definitely need to be set. Press also comes with operation and service ... moremanual. The front tower blanket bar center quick take-up adjustment bolt is stripped on one side, see picture 12) I just use the standard tightening bolts and it works fine- it does not hinder the operation of the press at all. We have run 4 color process jobs on this all the time and is a great press. Weight is about 3000 lbs with accessories. It will packed on a pallet with the accessories on another pallet. Feel free to ask questions via email or(540)381-3011 Hamada E47S Sheetfed 2-Color Offset Printing Press For sale is this used Hamada E47S Sheetfed 2-Color Offset Printing Press. It is in pretty fair cosmetic condition. It is mostly just fairly dirty with ink and paper dust on/in quite a bit of the unit. See photos below for more details on physical condition. We connected this press up to 220V power to test it out. The press powered on and I was able to get it to move forward and backward slowly by pressing the yellow buttons on the front. The vacuum pump works. But the vacuum at the paper intake side was not strong enough to pick up the paper. Could be due to a leak in the hoses or issue with the pump. The power on/off buttons on the front didn't have any effect on the operation of the unit. We could not get the unit to operate at full ... morespeed without manually pressing in the solenoid. I'm not sure if we are missing a safety switch or similar to make it operate properly. The press does have a Panasonic DV-700 inverter installed. I believe to operate the main press motor.
