Rare Vintage JAGERMEISTER GLASS PANEL POOL TABLE LIGHT
For your consideration is a very rare JAGERMEISTER BLACK GLASS PANEL POOL TABLE LIGHT. This scarce billiard table light was pulled out of a bar in Chicago. IL. It dates back to approximately 2006 based on the bar owners memory of when he purchased it for his bar. It is made of glass panels and a heavy gauge metal frame. The glass is a deep black color. All sides have lettering embossed on them, which reads either" JAGERMEISTER" or" ICE COLD SHOTS" Please know. This is not a plug and use version of a pool table light. It must be hard wired to an electrical power source in the same fashion you would a ceiling fan or light. It can however be converted into a plug and use pool table light if you are familiar with how to do so. As far as the condition. Overall it is in very good shape. All the glass panels are in excellent ... morecondition, with only minor swirly marks on the panels, much like what you see on a finish of a car's paint. The metal frame is in great condition, only have issues like a few small scratches and chips of paint missing here and there. These can be easily repaired with basic car touch up paint. Those small white spec's on some of the pictures are small pieces of lint from the white towel that was used to clean of the light before I took pictures. All of the electrical cords and wiring are intact and currently wrapped up in the pictures. The very top piece that covers the hole on top is removable and goes on when the light is fully assembled and hung from the ceiling. This rare De-Light TableLighter was manufactured between 1928 and 1932 in Newark. New Jersey, USA. The lighter casing was designed by L. Aronson in 1927(USA) The lighter is made of brass, plated with nickel(German silver) and then silver plated. The front and rear panel are covered with red Morocco leather. Stamped with RONSON DEL and ARTMETAL WKS INC NEWARK NJ U.S.A. on the bottom. This lighter sparks well, and has an unburned wick. Both screwcaps on the bottom work. Silver plating tarnished and some worn off with age and use– leaving it to buyer to clean and polish. Slight damage to leather at a couple of edges, but still surprisingly well preserved. hello and welcome to my auction. first i have to say that we can only ship to the USA. and now for details what do i know about this lamp? NOTHING. but it is really cute. and it does light up i listed it as a leprechaun but not even sure of that. it could be a clown. elf. or who knows what. does look sad doesnt he? bidders only have the pics to go with it measures approx 6" x 6" x 7 1/2 inches tall. i think its made with bisque but not really sure. it does have a sandy feel to it like bisque usually does. The cord is about 6 ft long with a roller type switch to it dont know if its hand painted or not but if so someone did a great job of it. I see ho chips or cracks to it. i tried taking a pic of it lit up but just couldnt figure out how mostly only the chest and back lights up i dont even know how old it is but assuming it vintage. ... morewe have had this cute thing for some 15 years and i need to sell it before the grand daughters come over. they like to take every thing lol it will be shipped with the bulb inside but dont know if it will survive the trip. fillaments are like that. but it appears to take a simple sewing machine bulb.
