Good condition used Western Magnum Laminator. Model XRL120. This machine was used for a number of years in a production shop of a large international electronics manufacturer until mid-2011, when the process was transferred overseas(out of the US) It was a very solid dependable workhorse, running 1-2 hours per day, every day except company holidays. It was kept on a Preventative Maintenance schedule and serviced by a staff of professional technicians. Any faulty parts were immediately replaced since production output depended on it. The laminator was plugged in and tested by seller on 5-9-14. All functions and buttons work properly. The heated roller temperature settings were still set at 127C(lower roller) and 130C(upper roller) And the temperatures ramped up to their setpoints in a few minutes, as normal. Top take-up roller is usable but ... morehas lots of scratches from operators cutting off excess photoresist. The plastic tube with the cuts in it can be easily and cheaply be replaced. The machine was purchased slightly used in 1997 for $10K and ran great until production transfer in 2011. Due to heavy shipping weight and age. The laminator is being sold"As Is" no returns. Ledco Digital series 60 inch laminator
Used Ledco laminator. Excellent condition. I purchased this from a shop closing their digital printing division of their company about 7 years ago. I have had since and use it occasionally for the limited laminating and mounting we do. My guess is the age of the machine is somewhere around 12 years old. Following is a link to the Ledco website for the current version of the machine which looks as though there has not been a lot of changes. This machine is the 60 inch wide with dual heat shoes with a 110v takeup reel. The laminator heat shoes and rollers are in excellent condition. It comes on a stand with casters and I added a heavy duty extended cord to plug in with. It is 220v This item is advertised locally and if sold the auction will end early.
