2006 Presstek Dimension 800D DI CtP Imagesetter Agfa Plates
Contact John Hearn at 615-405-9711 for questions. 2006 PressTek Dimension 800 1) Around 36.000 plates burned in its life, of which 1/3 of that count are Davidson/QM-46 size. The lasers have been below half power for the last 4 years burning Agfa TS plates, so they have a LOT of life left in them. 2) It takes about 8 minutes to image a plate. 3) It is calibrated for Agfa Azura TS non-ablative chemfree plates that only require gum and are therefore very popular right now and print excellent AND it is calibrated for PressTek Anthem Pro ablative plates. 4) With the Agfa plates. It will maintain a consistent dot across the plate to +/ 0.3% less than half of 1% and we maintained G7 qualification for 4 years using it. 5) The machine comes with: a. Dell TIFF Catcher server b. Dell GUI workstation to operate and adjust the CtP c. Chiller d. Vacuum ... moresystem(we had PressTek disable it with a jumper so we didn’t have to maintain it while running non-ablative plates) with a box of filters and bags of extra motor brushes if it is ever needed. e. Some nail marks below the strings that are small enough they were difficult to photograph, and a spot on the back upper bout along the binding about 1 ½” where the finish coat has worn off. Set up is great.plays very easily. Easy to get at the higher frets with the cutaway. Has the traditional higher-end Hirade sound with the ringing trebles, even tone and volume across the strings with defined notes across the scale. I will say this one is broken in very nicely for tone. I had another one of these and a TH8SS a few years ago and this one sounds a lot more open and like the older vintage Hirade H15 and Master Art 8 I owned. It has the Cool Tube 2 preamp and is the later ... moreversion with the artist switch(warmed up so it is ready to go at the beginning of a song when playing live) It has outstanding amplified sound.check the reviews online. Takamine TF430SS Tradesman Singer/Songwriter Acoustic Electric Guitar With CTP-2
You are looking at a Takamine TF430SS Tradesman Singer/Songwriter Acoustic Electric guitar that features the CTP-2 Cool Tube preamp. I’m currently selling off a few from my Takamine collection and I’m selling guitars which I’m not playing that much. I’ve owned this particular guitar for a couple of years and it’s in fantastic condition and considered one of the nicest sounding Takamines ever produced. There is some slight pick wear in the strumming area but that’s about all that can be said about condition. Frets are great and neck is straight with great saddle height with low action. The case also has a few minor scuffs but all latches& hinges are fully functional. All my guitars are stored properly. Humidified and always in great playing condition.
