Here is a genuine Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival Banner. It was given to me to hang in our office window during the festival. I believe it was in the 1960's or very early 1970's. It is approx. 26" by 27" and is a vinyl or heavy plastic. It has been folded in a drawer for many years but I am sure the folds would hang out. There is a very small spot of the red off in the center of the players outline and some very small wear off on a couple of places where it was folded. The last 3 pictures are of holding it on a window to show how little light comes thru the rub fold spots. Very hard to see when up against a wall. No RIPS. Buyer to pay shipping of $6.00. Banner pictures the M2 light tank armed with a 37mm main gun. Multi-color banner measuring 12 inches by 12-1/2 inches to the edge of the multicolor fringe. Many homes hung a blue star in their windows to show the neighborhood that this house had a man in the service. A few had more stars and sadly some had gold stars to show a loss. This is a very nice one blue start banner that I found in a box at a estate sale and I would say it never had been hung. It may have been an extra. But the colors are bold. What is nicer is the blue star's border is a flocked fabric to highlight it. The red and white portions are printed. The bottom of the banner is gold edging. It was found flat in a box so there is little rolling. The top looks like it has a little bump probably from shifting in the box. The stick and string is in perfect condition. Great piece. yz. Take a good look! This is really a great looking vintage pennant. It is a n eat looking old NFL Football pennant for your favorite team. CONDITION- Please note I am listing several individual NFL pennants from the same lot/set. This description is fitting for each of them. But if you want more specific info. please contact me. This pennant will likely have tack holes in each corner and most likely some light tip damage/creasing, but overall is mostly good! Please see pic! It is 12" long. Pin holes, possible soil marks, ... moreor other minor flaws. If they are really in bad shape, I do not list them. Assume they are not perfect and you will be happy with any of them. The inside of these are 15.5" so pennants that are longer must be lightly folded. I do this as carefully as I can. Usually there is a fold somewhere already on the pennant. So I fold on the already existing fold. I have shipped hundre ds(perhaps over 1.000 by now) in this manner. I am sorry that I cannot take the time to ship all of these pressed flat between 2 pieces of cardboard. I t is not the excess postage cost. But rather the 15 extra minutes it takes.
