This is the Cat Pump Model 311 with a 5 hp. Baldor motor. The Model 311 pump is the exact same pump as the Model 310. Except it's stainless steel instead if chrome plated brass. The Model 311 retails for $3,795 and the Model 310 for $1,178 and that's why you don't see the Model 311 very often. Nobody pays retail for these pumps and the retail prices were given as a comparision of the two models. The Model 311 cost about 3 times as much as the Model 310. When I had powered up the pump when still on the engine. The pressure/flow was low and it dripped water. Keep in mind, at that time I knew very little about these pumps, their function, and how to operate them. So I thought the best thing to do was to remove it, take everything apart, do my homework, and replace the obvious(to the tune of $90.00 plus shipping) I am no technician but think I did ok. PUMP for Power Sprayer Model 0063456 / A20102 Needs New By-Pass Unloader Valve
I did not have time to troubleshoot pump and ordered replacement for the one up here for auction. I think it needs a by-pass unloader valve. Pump is in immaculate condition when I took it apart. Check out the pics. Routine maintenance on this pump has always been performed, and it shows, look at the internals. The valves are still really white. GREAT DEAL FOR THE MECHANICALLY INCLINED! This particular pump belongs to a Coleman Powermate PW0872402. Part/ Model#s for this part are A20102 0063456 and pump for Power Sprayer PW0872402. When I took the pump apart, I refilled the housing with the appropriate SAE 30 Non Detergent Oil(so if water mixes with the oil, it doesn't create fizz/bubbles and damage the pump) per the manufacturer recommendation, so no worries once you replace the By-Pass Valve. Cat 5CP3120G1 gear drive pump. Rated at 3500 psi, 4.5 gpm. I took it all apart, cleaned, primed and painted the crankcase, checked the manifold, serviced the valves, torqued and loctite the valve plugs. I added a pressure safety relief just in case the unloader fails. This is a really nice package. The footprint of the geardrive unit is about the same as the direct drive pump, but the pump is pumping half as fast. This makes way less friction and seals last a lot longer. I will be shipping the unit dry. Cat uses ISO 68 hydraulic oil in the crankcase and 80-90 wt gear oil in the gearbox. Works great. Holds pressure, no water in crankcase or water leaking under the pump( seals bad)

This item is a Cat Pressure Washer Pump– Model 530/ 550(based on the measurements that I took and compared to the specifications at this WEBSITE) 5 gpm– 2500 to 3000 psi max. 7 Frame Plunger Pump. This worked when pulled but I would count on having it gone over and having the soft parts(seals. O-rings etc. replaced for maximum life and efficiency and factor that cost into your bid. This was over $2000 when new. The original model sticker is missing and it has the number 105330 stamped on the bottom and JAPAN 7860140 on the body near the bottom.
