You push the button at the bottom then turn the crank to dispense the paper towel. This vintage paper towel dispenser comes in its original box complete with mounting screws and the all-important key(both are sealed in the package) The instructions for loading the paper towel roll are printed on the inside of the cabinet as shown in the picture above.
