This was a spare motor, previously owned by a local sawmill. We took this motor to a local motor repair shop and had it tested. The motor ran out fine with no excess noise that would indicate bearing problems and a smooth current draw of approximately 41 amp per lead. This was a"free running" no load test. This motor is being sold AS IS. The motor body and base show normal wear. Scratches, etc from use and handling. The motor shop polished the shaft a little when they tested it, but the shaft still has some mild surface rust on it from sitting unused in a non-climate controlled environment.
